Isolated choroid plexus involvement in a case of granulomatosis with polyangiitis negative for antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (ANCA)

      granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA, formerly Wegener's) is a systemic necrotizing vasculitis that predominantly involves respiratory tract and kidneys [
