Multiple sclerosis in the middle east and north Africa

      The epidemiologic, clinical, radiological, and laboratory characterization of multiple sclerosis (MS) is well documented in Caucasian populations, but data about MS is still limited in the Arab world. We reviewed all published clinical and epidemiologic MS studies from different Arab countries, in an effort to determine the prevalence and characteristics of this disease in this part of the world.
