Neuronal intranuclear hyaline inclusion disease (NIHID) or neuronal intranuclear inclusion
disease (NIID) is a rare neurodegenerative disorder characterized by intranuclear
inclusions (IIs) in neuronal and glial cells [

]. Here we report distinctive clinico-pathological findings of a sporadic case of NIHID,
who had the transient improvement and episodic exacerbations of the clinical symptoms
