Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis with frontotemporal dementia (ALS-FTD) syndrome as a phenotype of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD)? A case report

Published:November 03, 2016DOI:https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jns.2016.10.038

      Highlights

      • A case of CJD similar to ALS with frontotemporal dementia (ALS-FTD) is reported.
      • ALS-FTD like symptoms may be an integral part of CJD.
      • RT-QUIC may complement the weakness of 14-3-3 protein, tau protein and MR images.
