Multifocal motor neuropathy with conduction blocks (MMNCB) is an immune-mediated neuropathy
affecting patients at a mean age of 45 years. It is characterized by asymmetric purely motor deficits of progressive onset
predominating in the upper limbs [
[1]
]. Here we report a case of sudden bilateral radial palsy responsive to intravenous
immunoglobulins (IVIg). Suspected proximal conduction blocks and IVIg responsiveness
led us to consider the potential links between this new entity and acute-onset multifocal
motor neuropathy (AMMN).Keywords
